“Families are the domestic Church, where Jesus grows; he grows in the love of spouses, he grows in the lives of children.” Pope Francis
The term “Domestic Church” refers to the family, the smallest body of gathered believers in Christ. Though recovered only recently, the term dates all the way back to the first century AD. The Greek word ecclesiola referred to “little church.
” Our Early Church Fathers understood that the home was fertile ground for discipleship, sanctification, and books of Scripture firmly, faithfully, and without error teach that truth which God, for the
sake of our salvation wished to see confided to the Sacred Scriptures.”

Until we are permitted to meet in the parish hall, we will provide weekly online instruction and ideas for your family. The program is adaptable to meet any age and there is never any pressure to do everything that is sent. The most important habit is to read scripture.
