Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist or Commonly referred to as Eucharistic Ministers
These ministers serve the Catholic Church and help the priests and deacons distribute the precious Body and Blood of Christ during Mass.
All ministers are interviewed and specially trained for this ministry and upon completion of the training receive a commission by the Church as Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist.
Parishioners who feel called to this very important ministry should contact Pat Stocko- Eucharistic Ministry Coordinator
Extraordinary Ministers to the Sick and Homebound
“I was sick and you visited me” Matthew 25:36
Some of our Eucharistic Ministers are specially trained and commissioned to carry Holy Communion to our parishioners who may be sick, elderly, or homebound and unable to join us in Church.
If you know of a Catholic in our community who is wishing to receive Holy Communion and is in the hospital, a health care facility, or homebound, please contact the Eucharistic Ministry Coordinator, listed below.
